Hosting provides a powerful hosting service with a large storage capacity together with a management system of the news items by means of advanced information distribution and processing tools.
The Hosting can be tailor-made and includes the My News utilities such as Press Follow-up, Early warnings and Newspaper Library.
In addition, multimedia documents can be input from other sources to include them in the files and bulletins.
It is a system specially designed for those clients who need to prepare various bulletins at the same time and includes the export option in different formats, even for PDA or Blackberry.

- Operation

This service starts from a user structure to which the Manager can provide tailor-made management options and even create personal folders. Thus, there are various different operations for the Manager and for the final users of the service.
The Manager or Administrator has access to all the resources and possibilities of the service while the final user only has access to the resources and possibilities that they have been assigned.
On the other hand, the Manager can create metadata structures linked to the news, for these to be used in the searches. It also has a statistic and graphic system showing the use of the service.
As there have been clients who were concerned by the fact that all the information was only in the Hosting and not in their own files, MY NEWS included an option to the service for the user to download the files with the news.
- Access

The identified users can receive the bulletins and manage the contents and the service utilities from anywhere, not having to be at work to do so.
If accessing from the organisation, the connection is direct while if the visit is being carried out from outside the organisation, the system will require the user name and the access password. The users may even have a direct access icon on their computers in order to browse the bulletin, being able to access the rest of the bulletins from that bulletin.

The service administrator may delete or replace the news on the various topics, in such a way that when he/she considers that the news provided on a topic is also on another topic, he/she may place it in the new topic.
The administrator may insert other documents in any format that can be opened by the users’ browser, which will be fully integrated in the folders and bulletins.
The service can also be fed with news from My News WEB access, whether from the Press Follow-Up Service or from searches in the Newspaper Library. - Personalization

The personalisation can be total, not only of the topics and contents, but also in the presentation; it can be presented with the company logos and with the font types, colours and background desired, in such a way the user feels completely at home.
