The service operates as if the user had a terminal of our document system in his/her computer. The user can create press follow-up topics, modify them or delete them, and the system will always supply a list of the headlines of the news that meets the profile set for the topic.
It is very recommendable that the manager or user of the service has basic document management knowledge. The My News Customer Services are always available that may, as a last resort, manage all the process other than the actual reception of the news.
The user may obtain the contents of the full news by pressing on the headline and if applicable, obtain the page image by pressing on the thumbnail of the same.
The user may select the news he/she desires by clicking on the box in each headline.
Once the news have been selected you can: Export the news to Windows generating a .RTF file so it can be read on Word, or export the news items to your own system by means of the XML or ANSI formats.
