Demo and contracts

The use of the Newspaper Library services is mainly carried out by REGISTERED services, but My News provides the possibility of carrying out searches in the Newspaper Library by means of the occasional use of the system with the OCCASIONAL USERS Service.

In order to access the news contents, the user must purchase pre-paid VOUCHERS which are provided on-line. The pre-paid VOUCHERS are used up as the contents are being viewed.

In any event the commitment to respect the author rights is established with the sentence:

NOTE: The services contracted to My News on line are subject to the legal regulation on the defence of the author rights and intellectual property - Copyright -. Under no circumstances whatsoever may the User reproduce, supply, sell, publish, distribute or develop any type of action, onerous or lucrative, totally or partially, with the contents of the news received from My News on line, or use the same for other purposes that those of a personal use of the same, without the prior written agreement of the various different publishing companies.
