The use of My News services is mainly carried out by means of REGISTERED services. The REGISTERED users have the maximum possibilities to use any service.

The REGISTERED users’ services are laid down in annual contracts where the contracted services and the costs are detailed. All the contracts include the commitment to respect the author rights using the sentence:

Under no circumstances whatsoever may the User reproduce, supply, sell, publish, distribute or develop any type of action, onerous or lucrative, totally or partially, with the contents of the news received from My News on line, or use the same for other purposes than those of a personal use of the same, without the prior written agreement of the various different publishing companies.
